Abizer Lokhandwala is currently a software development engineer at CodeNation and has been an active member of the PISB family, having been the programming head of the IEEE branch. He represented PICT at the ACM ICPC in Kharagpur in 2018 and was ranked 32nd.
Toshal Agrawal is a PISB member who's currently pursuing his bachelor's in Computer Engineering in PICT. He's a Google Summer of Code participant with MLpack. He has also done the advanced level Codechef certified Data Structures and Algorithms programme.
An introductory seminar on Competitive Coding was held by PISB on 11th February.
The seminar was conducted by a PISB alumnus Mr. Abizer Lokhandwala who’s currently a software development engineer at CodeNation and also a 6-star rated coder on CodeChef.
The second speaker for the seminar was Mr. Toshal Agrawal who is currently pursuing his bachelor’s in PICT and is placed in Deutsche Bank.
During the course of the seminar, the following were covered:
1. The basics of Competitive Coding and how to get started with it.
2. How to prepare for interview questions.
3. The benefits of Competitive Coding in placements
4. Internships and projects while in college.
5. General doubts about Coding in college.

3. Machine Learning as a booming Technology
4. Internships and projects while in college.
5. General doubts about Coding in college.
